Examples of legitimate TOS Violations include:
Spam
Spam includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized posts that
advertise or direct users to another site, repeated off-topic
statements, repeated posts of the same or similar content, and posting
of any advertisement or solicitation without prior consent from Raging
Bull.
Profanity or vulgarity
These are posts containing content that is deemed by Raging Bull in its sole
discretion to be obscene, abusive, hateful, racist or defamatory.
Personal attacks and threatening behavior
This is continued posting aimed at a specific member that contain directly
abusive, obscene, threatening or degrading language or overt threats
of violence or harm toward a member, Raging Bull staff member or other
individual.
Invasion of privacy and posting personal information
This is posting of personal information, including real name, phone number,
employer or address of an individual, that has not been disclosed
by that individual on the boards.
Impersonation
This type of posting is done under the guise of another member or individual.
Multiple aliases
These are postings under more than one member name, and including the creation of a new
member name after a suspension or deletion.
Protected information
This is posting information that violates the intellectual property rights of third parties.
