Enforcement
The following is a brief overview of how we enforce the TOS when an offending post is brought to our attention. While we generally adhere to this outline, we reserve the right to act differently based on the situation presented.

1ST VIOLATION
Post is deleted and an email warning is sent to the mailbox the member provided at registration.

2ND VIOLATION
Post is deleted and the member is suspended for 7 days.

3RD VIOLATION
Post is deleted and member's account is deactivated permanently.

Multiple suspensions will result in a permanent suspension from Raging Bull.

Continual “Off Topic” posts on company boards is considered spam and will result in permanent suspension from Raging Bull.
